I've worked for magnus health for just over 3 months, I have found the office staff/management to be amazing! Yes they might have a turnover of staff, but its not always management, it's the participants who might not like/get along with the SW! We all know that can happen! I have been perfectly matched with each of the participants I have been assigned to! Personally couldn't ask to work for a lovelier company! If your willing to be flexible and have a passion for what you do, I don't think you can go wrong with Magnus Health! Highly recommend Magnus Health! Magnus Health is the epitome of what disability support should be. As an employee for almost three years, I have found Magnus Health to be the definition of what a service should be striving for. I have never seen management put the company before a participant and one of my favourite features is that they really do strive to find the right support person for the participant rather than just fill slots on a roster. The management team have extensive clinical backgrounds in mental health and person-centered care is the company creed. My initiative and passion have been rewarded with career progression and I have witnessed the same in likeminded individuals. Great support workers never go unnoticed and participants are always heard!
